The salon is open Tuesday through Sunday and closed on Mondays. Hours are 9 AM to 5 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9 AM to 8:30 PM on Wednesdays, 9 AM to 7 PM on Fridays, 9 AM to 7:30 PM on Saturdays and 11 AM to 9 PM on Sundays.
Gel polish is a core part of the menu. Clear finished gel and solid color use a Japanese gel with a clear base and clear top coat, and quick gel polish uses a tinted base gel from Nailthoughts. Gel nails cover French, ombre and cat eye styles, and gel extensions use KOKOIST premium gel tips.
Nail art ranges from Omakase Gel Art, where clients share style preferences and inspiration pictures before the appointment, to Custom Anime Nail Art. The anime option starts with an in-salon consultation where nail size is measured, and custom stickers are made within a few days. A minimum $50 deposit is taken, with the balance due after the full set is applied.
The salon also offers nail correction with Onyfix, a system developed in Germany that uses a clear resin to guide the shape of curved or ingrown toenails as they grow. The nails can be covered with polish.
Pedicures include a spa option with a foot soak, exfoliating scrub, heel care and massage, and a wellness pedicure focused on thick nails, rough skin and heels. Removal services are priced differently for new clients, who bring gel from another salon, and existing clients, who have gel removed at indigonails. House calls are offered. The salon asks clients to notify it as soon as possible if they cannot make an appointment, so the time can be rescheduled.
