Treatments are paired with at-home skincare recommendations, so clients leave with guidance for care between appointments. Custom facials are the core skincare offering, alongside lash lifts with tint and brow lamination with shaping and stain.

Booking is handled online through the Glossgenius page, and clients can send questions through a contact form on that booking site. Appointment changes and cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. Changes made within 24 hours of the appointment incur a 50% service fee, and no-shows are subject to a 50% charge.

The business also sells gift cards in amounts of $50, $95, $100, and $200, or a custom amount, and gift cards can be scheduled for a chosen delivery date or sent right away. Gift card sales are final. Service packages include credits that apply automatically at checkout when a client books a service.
