The studio focuses on eyelash extensions. Options run from a light, natural enhancement to full glamour volume, and each one lists its appointment length and price so clients can plan the visit before booking.

Doll Eye Volume places longer lashes toward the center of the eye for a wide-eyed look and is described as suited to smaller eyes. Cat Eye Volume graduates from shorter lashes at the inner corner to longer ones at the outer edge for a lifted effect. Mega Volume is the fullest option at three hours.

Booking is online through the studio's appointment page, and dates open one month at a time. A deposit confirms the appointment and is non-refundable. One reschedule is allowed using the original deposit, and a second reschedule needs a new appointment. Clients who cannot attend should give at least 24 hours' notice. Arriving more than 20 minutes late carries a $20 late fee, and arriving more than 30 minutes late cancels the appointment and forfeits the deposit. Appointments before 9 AM or after 9 PM carry a $20 fee.

Before a visit, clients should arrive with no mascara or lash glue on and a thoroughly cleansed face, and avoid caffeinated drinks beforehand. Any allergies should be shared with the studio. Guests and eating are not part of the appointment, and refunds are not offered. Clients who are unwell are asked to contact the studio about rescheduling. Extensions last an average of two to three weeks with care, which means washing daily, not touching, pulling or twisting them, and avoiding sleeping directly on them.
