The focus is custom color and haircuts shaped around each client. Color plans take into account current color, natural level, the haircut, density, texture, complexion and how much maintenance a client wants. Balayage is the core of the color menu, in partial versions that lighten around the face and top layers and full versions that place hand-painted lightness through more of the hair, including the interior and back. Brunettes can choose caramel, warm or neutral tones that keep depth, while blondes can go from soft, natural lightness to a brighter change finished with a custom toner. Balayage can also be done on curly and wavy hair, with placement based on how the curls or waves catch light.

A visit usually begins with a complimentary 30-minute consultation, which the studio recommends for first-time guests, major changes, corrective work or bookings where the outcome is unclear. Haircuts for women, men and children include a consultation or cleanse, the cut and a finished style, and each appointment ends with guidance on keeping the style at home. Waves and curls in the 2A to 3B range are part of the regular work.

Booking is done online through Square, which shows live availability. Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the appointment; later cancellations are charged 50% of the scheduled cost. Prices marked with a plus sign depend on hair length, density, starting point and the service plan. The studio is open Tuesday to Saturday, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., and is closed Sunday and Monday.

Color and cuts are planned around each client's current color, natural level, texture, density, complexion and maintenance preferences, with a consultation before larger changes.
