The nail menu is wide. Full sets come in acrylic, gel, hard gel, dip powder and natural nail overlay, and there are fills, repairs and removal for existing enhancements. Design work runs from bling, glitter and chrome to marble, ombre, 3D, airbrush, hand painted and specialty charm looks, and many designs are priced per nail rather than per set.

Pedicures range from a basic gel pedicure to a waterless dry pedicure with hot steam and a towel treatment, a milk bath spa pedicure, and a toe fungus cleanup that ends with a dry pedicure and acrylic overlay or tips. Waxing covers the face, arms, legs, underarms, intimate areas, and men's back and stomach.

Booking requires a deposit, which is taken through the website. A cancellation made within 24 hours of the appointment is charged the full amount, and clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late are asked to reschedule. The salon is adults only. Cash is preferred, though all major cards are accepted. If the building door is locked, visitors dial 143 to be buzzed in, and an ATM is available in the building.
