Classic extensions place one extension on each natural lash, while semi-volume places three on each lash for added volume. At Artist Level (1 to 9 years' experience) classic full sets are $165 and semi-volume are $195; at Master Level (10+ years) they are $195 and $225. Fills are $95 at Artist Level or $125 at Master Level. Clients whose lashes were done at another salon can book an outside fill for $125 by emailing a photo so the appointment length can be set. Lash lift and tint curls natural lashes without adding volume and is priced at $100, or $125 with the optional keratin treatment. Lash Lift and Tint for Two, at $200, reserves two lash lift appointments at the same time. Results typically last 6 to 8 weeks. Lash lifts are not recommended for clients with chronic dry eye, conjunctivitis, active eye infections, trichotillomania, damaged lashes, or recent chemotherapy, which requires waiting at least a year. After a lift, clients avoid water for 24 to 48 hours and can use mascara after 24 hours.

Lash visits start with a bare face. Clients arrive without makeup, with clean lashes and no mascara or lash growth serum, and bring a contact lens case if they wear lenses. An on-site contact station is available for removing lenses. Every lash service uses Beam Light LED-cured adhesive at no extra charge, and sensitive adhesive options are available with optional patch testing. A first full set takes about 2 to 2.5 hours and fills usually take 60 to 90 minutes. Clients are advised to fill every 2 to 3 weeks. For lash appointments, parking is suggested in the Carroll Creek parking garage across the street, and minutes lost to lateness are deducted from the application time.

Permanent eyebrows and permanent eyeliner are each $550, including consultation, the initial session, the perfecting session, and all fees, taxes and gratuity. The initial brow appointment takes about 2 hours, and the perfecting session follows 4 to 6 weeks later and takes about 1 hour 15 minutes. Brow styles include microblading for a hair-stroke look, powder brows for a soft makeup look, and Blade and Shade, a combination of hairstrokes and soft shading. Permanent eyeliner comes in a Lash Enhancement style for a very natural, fuller-looking lash line and a Classic style for a more defined everyday line. It is applied by hand with the SofTap technique rather than a machine. Existing-client annual touch-ups are $225 and new-client touch-ups are $275. An in-person permanent cosmetics consultation is $50, while a 15 to 20 minute phone consultation is complimentary. Brows done elsewhere can be corrected after a consultation and photo review, and some corrections take one session while others need several.

Before permanent brow and eyeliner appointments, clients avoid facials and Botox for 2 weeks, blood thinning medication for 1 week, and caffeine, alcohol and aspirin for 24 hours, and they tell the studio about any prescription medications. Children are not allowed in the salon during these appointments. Late arrivals lose numbing time, so it helps to allow for traffic and parking.

Booking requires a credit card, which is kept on file and charged only if cancellation or rescheduling rules are broken. Lash appointments need 48 hours' notice to change; a change within 48 hours incurs a $50 fee, and same-day changes or no-shows are charged the full service price. Permanent cosmetics appointments need one week's notice, and later changes are charged 50% of the service price. There are no refunds once a procedure or service is complete. Major credit and debit cards and cash are accepted, but not checks. Hours are Sunday and Saturday 10 AM to 2 PM, Monday, Thursday and Friday 9 AM to 4 PM, and closed Tuesday and Wednesday.
