The business is built around loc work and related hair styling.

Dreadlock services are offered in two age bands: one for clients 10 and under and one for clients 11 and up. Other services include loc extensions and reattachments, and styles in the Wicks, Braids, Free Form and Instant Locs categories. Wig services and a Specials category are also listed on the booking page, along with Products, Consultation, Additional Services and Classes.

Booking requires a $20 or $50 deposit paid in advance, and the remaining balance is taken at the time of service rather than ahead of time. The studio does not accept Cash App or Zelle. Refunds go back through the payment system and can take 7 to 10 business days. If an appointment cannot be confirmed, the client receives a cancellation notice and the deposit is returned. Appointments may occasionally run longer or be combined because of unforeseen circumstances.

Hair color requests are handled separately and should be sent by text at least 48 hours ahead, to 803-201-5590. The salon is kid friendly, so children may be inside the building during visits.
