It includes accent foiling, full-head and partial highlights, custom dimensional color and balayage, which is usually done as a double-process color. Retouches cover regrowth up to two inches. Other options include toner with or without color, lightening and toner retouches for previously lightened hair, platinum work that lightens the whole head, and corrective color for hair that has been colored before. Extension coloring is priced per bundle for a single shade, with a 48 to 72 hour turnaround. Peekaboo panels are also offered.
Cuts range from dry trims and bang trims to clipper cuts, skin fades, undercuts, undercuts with a design, and beard trims. The free consultation lasts about 15 minutes and can be done in person, by text, by phone or by video chat. A free neck trim is included, with tips welcome.
Styling covers blowouts and silk presses priced by hair length, flat ironing and curling, braid take-down or extension removal, and formal upstyles for special occasions. Treatments include Olaplex as an add-on to color or as a stand-alone service, deep conditioning and repair, and a Brazilian Blowout that uses a liquid keratin formula and may require a deposit. Brow, lip and chin waxing is available, as are wig toning, wig revamping and custom wig color.
Discounts are offered to first-time clients who book online (20% off), to clients who refer someone (50% off), and to military members and students with valid ID (10% off). Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead are charged half the service price, and no-shows or cancellations within 3 hours are charged the full price. Arriving more than 15 minutes late counts as a no-show. Cancellation fees may apply to color, chemical and wig services. New clients booking wig or chemical services, and existing clients switching to a different service, need a consultation first. A card on file that does not cover a charge blocks new bookings until it is settled. To cancel when the salon is closed or otherwise unavailable, clients can call or text the salon.
