Inception Hair Studio

The studio's main objective is the integrity and health of clients' hair. According to the studio, it aims for the highest level of client satisfaction with each service.

Services are grouped into cutting and styling, color, weave and bonding, and chemical services. Most visits run 30 minutes, with a longer one-hour option for demi color on long hair. A wash, mold and go is $58, a wash and style for relaxed hair is $70, and a demi color on long hair with a wash and style is $150. Bonded track wash and styles are $95 for a half bundle and $110 for a full bundle.

The space is described as cozy and clean. Children are only allowed when they are being serviced, and clients cannot bring extra people to appointments. A deposit is required for every appointment, including those booked by phone, through Square, Cash App or Venmo. Deposits and fully paid services are non-refundable. Cash is the preferred payment method, and a small fee applies to card or third-party payments.

Cancellations need 24 hours' notice; later cancellations are charged 50% of the booked service, and no-call no-shows are charged the full scheduled service. Clients have a 10-minute grace period, and arriving after it means rescheduling and forfeiting the deposit. One reschedule is allowed per deposit, and it must be made within 7 days. If the card on file cannot be charged, the balance must be settled before future appointments can be booked.
