InCare describes primary care as the foundation of a patient's health plan, with care followed up over time. The practice describes its care as individualized and connected across primary care, urgent needs, and wellness. It has two offices, one at 11922 Boyette Rd in Riverview and one at 1213 N Franklin St in Tampa, and it is accepting new patients at both.

Patients can book online through the appointment system or by calling 813-553-3330. Same-day primary care appointments are available, and walk-ins are welcome for urgent care, where the team treats non-life-threatening illnesses and minor injuries. Virtual visits are offered when telehealth suits the concern. For life-threatening symptoms, the practice directs patients to call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. The general contact form is not for emergencies, and patients are asked not to put medical history or sensitive health details in it.

The wellness side includes IV hydration drips called In-Destructible and In-Recovery. Staff review symptoms, health problems, medicines, and allergies before recommending an IV, and every drip and add-on requires a health review first. Available ingredients and add-on costs are discussed before treatment, and visits include monitoring and aftercare instructions. Medical weight loss includes consultation on GLP-1 medicines such as liraglutide, semaglutide, and tirzepatide, which are prescribed only after a medical evaluation. Hormone care covers women with perimenopause or menopause symptoms and men with possible low testosterone, and testosterone replacement is considered only after symptoms and properly timed blood tests point to low testosterone. Peptide therapy is also offered. Testing tools such as body composition analysis, metabolic breath testing, and 3-D ShapeScale body scans support a physician's evaluation and help track progress; the practice says they do not replace clinical judgment.

Medical marijuana evaluations are offered for qualifying conditions. InCare provides recommendations only and does not sell cannabis products. The practice says same-day medical marijuana certification is available.

Insurance is accepted from a range of plans, but network participation varies, so patients should call to confirm their specific plan before scheduling. Listed plans include several Medicare HMO plans, Aetna Ambetter, Blue Cross Blue Shield, CarePlus, Cigna, Humana, TRICARE East, and WellCare. Some plans have provider, network, or availability restrictions, and Blue Cross Blue Shield HMO plans may be out of network.
