Appointments are booked through the studio's website, and the studio asks that clients arrive five minutes early. Extra guests are not allowed at appointments. A valid card must be kept on file to cover no-shows and late cancellations, though a deposit is no longer required to book.

Sets run about an hour and a half, and fills about an hour to an hour and twenty minutes. Fills are meant to be booked two to three weeks after the last visit, when roughly 35% to 50% of the extensions remain. Clients who need a time outside regular hours can message to arrange one for a $50 squeeze-in fee; the studio posts squeeze-in openings on Instagram each Sunday around noon for the coming week.
