The Custom Facial is a 60-minute appointment priced at $175. It is built around what the skin needs on the day rather than a set protocol, and it starts with a skin assessment before exfoliation, extractions where needed, custom masks, serums and facial massage. Dermaplaning and a calm and repair option can be added. The Hydrofacial uses vortex technology to exfoliate, extract and infuse serums, and is generally recommended monthly. Clients are advised to skip strong actives such as retinoids for two to three days before a Custom Facial and to use SPF daily afterward.

Memberships are monthly treatment plans that include priority booking and member pricing. The Glow + Go costs $49.99 a month and includes monthly dermaplaning, The Skin Fix costs $149.99 a month and combines a monthly facial with dermaplaning, and The Collagen Clique costs $349.99 a month. Members can upgrade or downgrade at any time, and unused membership months do not roll over. The business also sells a range of its own skincare products and gift cards.
