The waxing menu covers bikini, Brazilian, facial, brow and body work, with separate Brazilian and bikini options for new and existing clients. Combinations such as brow and lip, or Brazilian with underarm or chin, are offered as set packages, and requests that are not on the menu can be customized. Men's waxing covers chest, back, legs, arms and eyebrows, and pregnancy bikini and Brazilian waxes are offered after a conversation about the service and comfort level. Most waxing visits run 15 to 45 minutes.

On the skin care side, every facial starts with a personalized skin analysis and consultation, and most clients are advised to come back every four to six weeks on a plan set during the first visit. The Expert Skin Care service includes a skin analysis, steam cleansing and exfoliation, extractions, a masque, and a massage of the neck, shoulders, hands and arms. Other options are dermaplaning, which removes dead skin and fine peach fuzz, and a non-laser HydraFacial with optional LED light therapy. Advanced treatments use the Lira Clinical line, including retinol-based treatments and resurfacing peels, along with seasonal pumpkin peels and the Mystique Elite Vita Brite treatment.

Brow and lash tinting is offered as stand-alone services or combined with a brow wax, and includes a premium option that takes about fifteen minutes and uses an ophthalmologist-approved tint in four shades. Appointments are one-on-one in a private setting. Bookings are made through the online scheduling tool, which is open on weekdays including evenings, and walk-ins are not accepted. Cancellations or changes must be made online at least 12 hours ahead; later emergency cancellations are made by text, and the scheduled service is otherwise billed. Payment is accepted by cash, check, and credit card with a small fee, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the visit.

The studio focuses on one-on-one service with a clear plan for each client, whether that is a waxing schedule or a facial plan built after a skin analysis. It also describes its treatments as backed by experience and care.
