The salon has a gallery area that shows art and photography. It features work by Brandi Rosario and by local artists and photographers, so clients can look at pieces while they wait or visit.
Services are grouped into color, cuts, extensions, highlights and balayage, shampoo and styling, special occasion hair and specialty treatments. Color correction, creative color and creative color with double-process are priced per hour, starting at $100 per hour, and need a consultation before booking. Full color starts at $110 and root touch-ups start at $85. Women's cuts start at $55, men's cuts are $35, and cuts for clients 65 and over start at $30. Beard trims are $15 and fringe and mustache trims are $10.
Wedding and special occasion hair require a consultation first, and wedding trials are available. Platinum Card highlights and extension installation also require a consultation. Walk-ins are welcome for services that are available that way.
Booking policies: cancellations made up to 24 hours before a service are accepted. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged 50 percent of the scheduled cost, and no-shows are charged the full scheduled cost. According to the salon, it was honored as the number two best hair salon in the Foothills Region of El Dorado County.
