Services fall into three groups. Color runs from Colorshines and semi-permanent and permanent color to balayage and full or half head highlights. Hair covers cuts, relaxers, silk presses, and shampoo, flat iron and treatment combinations. Packages bundle several steps for first-time clients and for a full shampoo and style. Silk presses on natural hair are done with a pressing comb and start at $85, with pricing rising in $10 steps by length and thickness, according to the salon.

Clients should know a few house rules. Payment is required to reserve some appointments, and 24 hours' notice is needed to cancel. A $25 fee applies to no-shows and non-cancellations, and prepayment is required after three missed or cancelled reservations. Children, infants and extra visitors are not permitted to wait at the salon during appointments, and phones should be set to vibrate or quiet. Prices may vary by technique, time and individual needs and cannot be quoted accurately before a physical consultation, and they are subject to change. Cash and Zelle are accepted.
