The menu is built around protective styles: knotless and traditional box braids, Senegalese, island and mini twists, a range of retwists, starter locs and loc maintenance, and braided looks for children. Kids Freestyle Braids are the stylist's choice, and inspiration photos are not accepted for that service.

Booking is handled through the GlossGenius page. Deposits run from $25 to $75 for most services, $50 for Island Twist Mid Back and Knotless Mini Twist Human Hair, and $60 for Loc Restoration. A 50% fee applies to late cancellations. Buy Now, Pay Later is offered for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Several braid and twist services ask clients to arrive with hair already washed and blown out, and human hair mini twists should be booked at least a week ahead so the hair can arrive. Natural Mini Twist is done only with the client's own hair.

For loc wearers, interlocking is done by weaving the hair through itself with a tool, starting at the ends and working toward the roots, and the site says interlocked locs hold for 6 to 8 weeks between maintenance sessions. Loc Restoration is for locs that have gone a long time between retwists and includes the interlocking or needle work needed to bring them back into maintenance, with styling charged separately.
