Color is the main draw. All over color can add tone or depth and can be used to cover grey. Highlights come in several forms, including balayage, foilayage, babylights and full or partial foiling. Vibrant colors are available but need a consultation first.

Extensions are custom-matched to a client's color and texture, using DreamCatchers hair extensions. Three methods are offered: I-tip, tape-in and hand-tied, with hand-tied being the stylist's preferred method. Pricing varies, and extensions need regular upkeep and care.

Haircuts are priced for women and men, with a women's cut including a shampoo and style. Clients who are unsure which service to book can have a free in-person consultation.

The salon sells and recommends a set of hair products, including a detangling primer, dry shampoo, a bond repair mask, a conditioner, a texture spray and a yellow-correcting toner. Bookings and consultations are handled by phone, email or text, and the salon asks for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.

The salon recommends washing hair a day or two before a color appointment rather than the same morning. It suggests a haircut about every 8 weeks, and blonde clients typically return every 4 to 8 weeks, sooner the lighter the hair, with a toner used in between.
