Lash services range from classic sets to hybrid, volume and mega volume or Russian extensions, with refills at two or three week intervals. Lash bath and lash removal are available as separate services. Refills depend on how many lashes remain: at least half for a two-week refill or 40 percent for a three-week refill, and otherwise the full set price applies. After three to four refills, a new full set is needed. Clients should arrive with clean lashes free of makeup, glue, mascara and oils, or a lash bath is charged.

Permanent color services include lip blushing, dark lip neutralization, which usually takes two to four sessions, and scalp micro-pigmentation, which requires a consultation before booking. Scar and stretch mark camouflage is offered with a consultation first, including an inkless option for the initial treatment. Prices for camouflage vary by area.

Booking and payment details: a non-refundable deposit is required for all services, and henna brow services require full payment at booking, also non-refundable. Bookings cannot be transferred, and services can be upgraded but not downgraded for a refund. Clients have a 7-minute grace period, and cancellations need 24 hours notice for an initial appointment or an additional $25 applies. Payment plans through Cherry are available, with taxes and a transaction fee included in plan payments. The studio's address is emailed to clients once they book.

Permanent and semi-permanent work follows a set sequence of consultation, deposit and, where needed, follow-up sessions, with photos requested for brow correction. Results are described as varying with skin type, lifestyle, medications and aftercare.
