The studio offers two facials. The Imogen Essential Facial is a 60-minute session with a personalized skin care routine, a neck and shoulder massage, and hot stones on the neck and shoulders. The Imogen Signature Facial runs 90 minutes and is also tailored to each client's skin. It adds a gua sha treatment with a patented jade tool, a scalp massage, and hot stones.

Waxing is the other main service, covering the brows, lip, chin and full face, legs, arms, underarms and several bikini options. The studio is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, and on the first Saturday of each month from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
