Guests should arrive 30 minutes early for a scrub and 15 minutes early for a massage. Massages take place in private rooms, robes, towels, sandals and locker rooms are provided, and light snacks are offered in the vanity area. Phones and electronics stay in lockers, and photography is not permitted.
The business describes Pure Bliss as its most popular treatment and Fusion massage, which blends shiatsu and deep tissue techniques, as its signature massage. Women's scrub treatments range from a 25-minute scrub to the 100-minute Goddess, which adds a collagen face mask, a body wrap and a massage. Massage oil is organic, unrefined coconut oil, and shiatsu is done without oil.
The amenities include a hot jacuzzi kept at 104 F, a cold plunge at 50 F, a eucalyptus steam sauna, a cedar dry sauna, and a Himalayan Salt Room for women and a Jade Room for men, both kept at 120 F. The spa recommends no more than 15 minutes at a time in the heat or the hot tub, and pools should not be used after a massage or scrub.
Bundles, memberships and multi-treatment packages are available for regular visitors. A credit card holds every appointment, cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours notice are charged 50% of the service fee, and the spa does not rent out for private events.
