Immature Aesthetics was founded by Neala, RN, who serves as Master Injector and leads the practice. It operates from a suite on Canal Street in downtown Manhattan and combines aesthetic injectables with regenerative treatments.

Every new client starts with a consultation, and every treatment plan begins there too. Appointments are one-on-one with Neala, with time set aside for assessment before anything is planned. Treatments are performed under physician oversight in line with New York State law. Booking, health history and consent forms are handled online through Jane App, and the practice sells gift cards for products and services.

Neurotoxin uses Botox as the standard, with Dysport, Jeuveau or Xeomin available on request. Dermal filler is hyaluronic acid based and can be placed in the lips, cheeks, chin, jawline, temples, under the eyes, nasolabial folds and other areas. Dissolving with hyaluronidase is offered for filler that has migrated, lumped or been overfilled, including filler placed elsewhere. Radiesse, a calcium hydroxylapatite biostimulator, is sold per syringe. Microneedling is most often paired with PRP at the practice, and skin boosters are used for hydration, elasticity and glow on the face, neck, hands and lips. Non-surgical rhinoplasty refines the nasal profile with filler.

Facial harmonization begins with a full assessment of proportion and symmetry and continues as a staged plan across several visits, which may combine neurotoxin, filler and Radiesse. Signature packages include the Maintenance Plan, the Collagen Program, the Lip Plan and the Event Plan, all priced on inquiry.

Treatment is planned individually after consultation, with physician oversight and a preference for balanced, natural-looking results that support facial symmetry and harmony.
