Traditional Locs cover both upkeep and health-focused care. Natural Locs and Crochet Loc Repairs are aimed at locs someone already has, and Crochet Loc Revival is meant to bring back locs that have been damaged. Traditional Loc Extensions start at $70, and Traditional Curly End Loc Extensions start at $80. Premium options include extension work, rebuilding locs, joining locs together, installing wigs over locs, and treatments that restore hair.

Every new client has a consultation before a first service is booked, and walk-ins must complete one before any service. The consultation fee is non-refundable and does not count toward the first service; for walk-ins it is added to the service cost. Clients who have not been serviced in six months also need a new consultation. A non-refundable deposit is taken at booking and applied to the final total. Traditional services include a basic style only, so more detailed looks are added as add-ons at booking. The salon recommends a retwist every six to eight weeks for mature locs, and overdue retwists carry added fees that rise with the time elapsed, with a consultation required once a retwist is more than a year overdue.

Clients aged 13 and up can be serviced, and one extra guest may come to an appointment, including children, who must be supervised. Services are video recorded for quality, staff education and marketing, and clients can opt out with a form at their appointment. Cancellations need at least two hours notice by phone or email, arrivals more than 15 minutes late are canceled and need rebooking, and reschedules are allowed up to 48 hours before an appointment. Refunds are issued only when the stylist cancels. Loc extensions, hair products and accessories are final sale. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are accepted, along with cash or card for the balance. Firearms are prohibited on the property.

The salon aims to make each visit more than a hair appointment, and locs and loc care are the core of its work.
