Imaginations Salon Suites

Imaginations Salon Suites is a salon suite business in Charlotte where independent beauty professionals rent a suite and run their own practice. The business is led by Felicia "Nikki" Long, who has been a licensed hair stylist for more than 30 years and opened her first salon, Imaginations Hair Salon, in 1998.

The business aims to be a community where stylists are developed and supported to build long-term success in the beauty industry. Beyond the space itself, it offers educational training for suite owners on attracting and keeping clients, customer service, salon etiquette, credit building and managing the finances of a business.

Each suite has a key fob for its owner, so access is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Suites have 9 ft drop ceilings, sound-proof insulation, a mounted TV and access to washers and dryers. LED lighting is installed for color-accurate work, and rooms can be customized with a functional workspace. Workspaces and common areas have modern finishes.

Suite owners submit maintenance and repair requests through a web form. Services offered by suite owners include hair care, nail care, microblading, eyelash extensions, massage therapy and other aesthetic work.
