Services are by appointment only, and clients can book online at any time through the website or social media. New clients pay a $200 deposit to secure an appointment: $200 for semi-permanent brows, and $50 each for lash extensions and facials. Services under $50 need no deposit. Deposits are non-refundable but can be moved to the same technician, and are paid by Zelle. The rest is paid at the visit by cash or card, and paying the balance by credit card adds a 4% transaction fee. Brow correction, uneven brow shape correction and cover-up correction are listed from $900. Cover-up work on brows done elsewhere is priced from $900 depending on their condition and usually takes several sessions, so clients send a photo of their brows without makeup after booking. Members can join a tiered membership that offers priority booking, member discounts on services and products, and members-only workshops and product launches. A concierge service handles scheduling and recommendations. Between visits the team gives personalized guidance on at-home brow, lash and skin care, clients can ask questions in a Telegram group, and virtual consultations with beauty advisors are available. A free consultation is offered by phone or in person. Only two reschedules are allowed per appointment, at least 24 hours notice is required for changes, and a no-show without notice may be charged the full appointment value.

The studio also trains students. Ruby Tran teaches one-on-one and small group classes, with groups capped at two students. The 100-hour permanent makeup fundamentals course costs $5,500 as a group class and $6,500 one-on-one.
