Visits are by appointment only. Booking hours are Monday to Friday 9 AM to 7 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 3 PM, and the salon is closed on Sundays. Clients should arrive without eye makeup or pay a $25 makeup removal fee on site. Arriving late does not carry a fee, but the appointment may be shortened. Cancellations need 48 hours notice or a $60 fee applies, and no-shows are billed the full appointment amount. Refunds are not given for services, but free removal is offered if a client is not satisfied. The business may refuse service to anyone, and booking includes consent for before and after photos to be used for marketing.
Sets are priced by how many extensions go on each natural lash. Classic is one extension per lash for $220, about 2 hours. Light volume is two to four per lash for $280, about 2 hours. Full volume is four to six per lash for $300, about 2 hours 30 minutes. Mega volume is six to fifteen per lash for $340, about 3 hours. Bottom lash extensions are placed individually for $50, about 40 minutes. Lash consultations and continuing a new full set are both free and take about 30 minutes.
Lashes need filling every two to four weeks, depending on the natural lash cycle and care. A refill is available when more than 30% of the set remains; otherwise a new set is needed. Refills from other salons are not accepted. Refills run from $120 for classic to $170 for mega volume. Removal uses a gel remover that loosens the glue bond, and the business says natural lashes are not damaged. Lash removal is $40, and makeup removal before a service is $25. For the first 48 hours after a service, clients are advised to avoid swimming, steam, saunas and extreme heat.

Light snacks, candy and drinks are complimentary, and a vending machine near the entrance has snacks, water and soda. Cash, credit card and Venmo are accepted.
