Color work is organized into tiers by how much hair is being treated. The Root covers gray or refreshes roots, The Mini adds under 20 foils for balayage, highlights or lowlights, and The Partial covers a half head of foils. The Full / Balayage is a full head of foils and is offered for blonde, light brunette or reverse balayage looks. Each foil service includes a toner and a blowdry, and Global Color covers a root retouch and tone through the ends, an all-over color change, or darkening. Going lighter requires booking a foil service rather than Global Color.
Red color is handled differently. Any and all red haircolor services are by consultation only, so a consultation has to be booked before a red service can be scheduled. A general consultation for color or cutting is also available for other requests.
Cuts include The Cut, a haircut with a blowout, and a separate Childs Cut for ages 10 and under that includes a hair wash and blowout. Waxing is limited to lip and brow services, with brow waxing covering shaping, trimming and clean-up.
Booking is online through Glossgenius, and visitors can send questions through a contact form on the website. No-shows are charged the full service price, and cancellations made 24 hours or less before the appointment are charged half the service price. The salon is open Monday and Tuesday from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM, Wednesday with a short afternoon window from 4:30 PM to 5 PM, Thursday from 9 AM to 4:30 PM, and Friday from 9 AM to 2:30 PM. It is closed on weekends.
