Every service is performed under the direct supervision of licensed physicians at the Coral Gables location, under the medical direction of Dr. Lourdes Bosch in line with Florida Statute 458.3265. New treatments usually begin with a consultation to confirm candidacy, and free consultations can be booked by phone or online to plan a membership or treatment. Pricing is shown as starting-at ranges because the final cost depends on a personalized plan. Some body contouring services and fillers require a deposit that applies to the final cost and is refundable only with 24 hours' notice of cancellation. Aftercare guidance is given after every treatment.

Injectable options include Tox and botulinum toxin, which the practice describes as FDA-approved neurotoxins, along with Juvederm, Restylane and Sculptra. Filler areas include the lips, under-eyes, nasolabial folds, chin, jawline and cheeks, and Kybella is offered for submental fat, with the number of vials set at consultation. Most injectable sessions take 15 to 30 minutes, and topical numbing is available for sensitive areas. Skin treatments start with a clinical skin assessment using Fitzpatrick classification and include HydraFacial, microneedling, chemical peels and PRP or PRF for the full face and under-eyes. Signature facials include ILUMINATED, the Collective Facial, the Korean Glass Skin Facial and a 40-minute buccal sculpting facial.

Laser hair removal is performed with FDA-cleared devices that include integrated cooling, and each plan is adjusted to the client's skin type and hair characteristics. Appointment length runs from under 10 minutes for the upper lip to 45 to 60 minutes for full legs. People with very light blonde, red, gray or white hair may not qualify for the treatment. Body contouring relies on FDA-cleared equipment, including Venus Legacy, wood therapy and pressotherapy. It is not offered as a weight loss treatment.

IV therapy includes Myers Cocktail, NAD+, glutathione, high-dose vitamin C, hydration and hangover recovery drips, and named blends such as Immunity, Energy, Athlete and Entrepreneur NAD+. Each formulation is chosen after a health intake screening, and clients with kidney disease, heart conditions or certain medications are advised to speak with their physician first. Hormone replacement and medical weight loss programs require labs and a clinical consultation before they begin. Membership plans run six months: the Laser Membership at $149 per month, the Collective Society at $249 per month (injectables not included), and the Atelier plan at $249 per month. ILU Transform is a six-month protocol priced at $6,500 or more. Hours are Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm and Saturday 10am to 3pm, with the studio closed on Sunday.
