Color services range from quick root touch-ups and toner refreshes to full all-over refreshes and custom blonding or dimensional color. Root and regrowth appointments are offered for gray coverage, and a few shorter options cover the part, hairline and fringe between full appointments.
Extensions are planned in steps. A Consultation and Planning Session assesses hair and color match and builds a custom extension plan, and clients then choose between a pop-in option, a volume upgrade or a full transformation. Extension clients sign a contract and pay a nonrefundable retainer to book, and hair purchases are final.
Scalp and treatment services include a deep clarifying treatment, a steam deep conditioning treatment, a scalp massage add-on and The High Roller Scalp Ritual, which the studio calls its signature scalp facial. The studio says that ritual promotes growth and removes buildup.
Bookings carry deposits for several services, and new clients are asked to pay a deposit on some color appointments. Cancellations or changes need at least 48 hours notice, late arrivals of 20 minutes or more may require rescheduling, and no-shows are charged in full. Buy Now, Pay Later and installment plans through Cherry Technologies are available for eligible bookings.
