Every client starts with a consultation that maps the hairline, density and day-to-day lifestyle. From there the studio crafts the system, then installs it by bonding, clipping or micro-integration, and finishes with styling. Systems are hand-knotted and made from European Remy hair, which the studio says it uses throughout its hair systems.

Colour is hand-blended, ranging from platinum to obsidian, and matched to each client's skin. The studio's eight signature tones are Obsidian, Espresso, Chestnut, Copper Ember, Honey Balayage, Platinum Ice, Silver Distinction and Merlot. Bolder shades such as reds, cool ashes and merlots fall under its Fashion Tones service, and colour is offered for both natural hair and hair systems.

Cuts are designed around the client's face shape, growth direction and lifestyle. Men's and women's design-and-cut menus are listed separately. Booking options include a consultation, a fitting for men's systems, and a design session for cuts. The studio is open Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 20:00, and works by appointment only. For bespoke work, the studio states a 48-hour turnaround.
