Katy created the studio to pair in-studio treatments with routines clients can keep up at home. New clients begin with a consultation that includes a skin analysis and a home routine, and the studio says each service is customized and shaped by ongoing education.

The studio describes its setting as quiet and relaxing. For people outside the Columbus area, or anyone who would rather not have a treatment, virtual or in-person skin consultations cover skin concerns, home care and recommended treatment.

Much of the menu is built around specific concerns. Acne care uses Face Reality Skincare protocols and products, starting with a consult and facial for new clients, followed by individual acne facials and an optional monthly Acne Bootcamp. The studio says Face Reality is a leading professional acne brand. Microchanneling uses Procell Therapies technology, offered as a single 90-minute facial or a discounted three-session package. Skin imperfection removal uses the Superfrecator Gen 3, which the studio describes as an alternative to laser treatment.

Memberships are available for custom facials and require a three-month commitment with automatic payment. Retail products can be picked up or purchased in the studio, and clients ask the studio about shipping.
