iLashSecret works with individual extensions in several styles. Classic sets come as an 80-lash Secret Set or a 100-lash Custom Set, both applied one lash at a time. Hybrid sets mix single and YY lashes using 110 to 140 lashes for a fuller look than classic sets, and volume sets use 300 to 500 premade or handmade lashes in 5D to 10D styles.

Fills are priced by how long it has been since the last set, at two, three or four weeks. Every set is shaped to the client's eye, and the studio offers an add-point service at $40 for a wispier look with more length and darkness. Lash lift and tint services are also available, including a regular treatment and an organic Korean lash lift system.

First-time clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes early for a consultation. Clients are asked to come in with freshly washed lashes and to keep water off the lashes for 24 hours after a service to help the extensions last. The studio has a 24-hour cancellation policy, and excessive lash fallout is fixed free within three days of a service, with charges after that based on the days passed. Paying in cash takes $10 off any service.

Each set is customized to the client's eye shape, and the studio sets out aftercare steps to help retention.
