Each visit starts with a conversation about shape, length, and fullness before any application begins. The owner keeps detailed notes at every appointment and does not apply more extensions than natural lashes can support. Every service is customized to the client, and clients can switch styles at their next fill. Fills are recommended every two to three weeks, and mini fills are offered 7 to 10 days after a last appointment for events or trips, for lashes done at iLashas.
Lash lifts, also called lash perms, curl natural lashes from the root and take about an hour. Lash tints darken natural lashes with a semi-permanent dye and take about 20 minutes. The two can be booked together. Extension removal takes about 25 minutes and is offered for extensions done at iLashas or elsewhere.
Clients who already have lash extensions from another salon can book here, and the owner checks the existing set before confirming a appointment. Reservations can be made online through GlossGenius or by calling. A deposit paid at booking secures the chosen time. Checkout accepts Klarna, Affirm and Afterpay, each governed by its own terms. Weekday hours run 9 AM to 8 PM, Saturday hours run 9 AM to 5 PM, and the studio is closed on Sundays.
Aftercare is part of the service. Extensions should stay dry for the first 24 hours and away from steam, makeup, and sweaty workouts during that time. They should be washed daily with an oil-free cleanser and kept away from oil, and curlers and waterproof makeup are not recommended. After a lash lift, keep lashes dry for 24 hours and wait 48 hours before using a water-based mascara.
Every set is customized, with the owner reviewing shape, length, and fullness before starting, keeping detailed notes at each visit, and never applying more than natural lashes can support.
