iLash Obsession Studio

Its bookings are organized into lash services (full sets, refills, bottom lashes only and removal), facials, a lash and facial package, classes and specials.

Booking follows a set process. A $25 non-refundable deposit is due before each appointment and is paid through Cash App, and the remaining balance is paid in cash only. Clients who arrive 10 minutes late pay a $15 late fee, plus $1 for each further minute, and arriving more than 15 minutes late cancels the appointment and forfeits the deposit.

Changes to appointments are governed by timing. A cancellation or reschedule made at least 24 hours ahead moves the deposit to a new date, and rescheduling is allowed up to 14 days later; after that a new $25 deposit is needed. Children, babies and extra guests may only attend if they are also receiving services.

For lash appointments, clients should arrive with clean eyes free of makeup, and for facials, a clean face free of makeup. The studio also sells its own Lash Foam Cleanser and a Deluxe After Care Kit for home use.
