Every visit begins with a consultation so the provider can match the result to face shape, eye shape and personal style. Full sets are designed around the client's lifestyle and natural lashes. Classic sets place one extension on each natural lash for a subtle look, volume sets fan three to six fine extensions onto each natural lash for a fuller, darker line, and hybrid sets blend the two. Classic full sets are $149 and take about 2 hours, hybrid are $169 and about 2.5 hours, and volume are $199 and about 3 hours. Fills and retouches run from $40 to $105 depending on the style and how much time has passed. Clients fill out a digital consent form beforehand and are asked to arrive with little or no eye makeup, to remove contact lenses or use a provided container, and to avoid oily eye products.

Brow microblading is a semi-permanent procedure that adds hair-like strokes to sparse or thinning brows. It is done by hand with sterile tools and takes several sessions, with at least one touch-up four to six weeks later before the work is considered complete. The salon says results last up to two years and vary with the client and how quickly their skin exfoliates. Before a session, clients are asked to avoid alcohol, aspirin, ibuprofen and blood thinners for a week, and to pause retinol, Retin-A, glycolic products and fillers for three to six months. Daily SPF 30 or higher is advised. Facials range from a $40 express add-on to a $60 herbal facial, a $65 relaxing hydrating facial, and several $75 treatments including acne complex, sensitive skin and redness therapy, age-defying, resurgence renewal and vitamin C infusion. Facial threading with 100% cotton thread covers brows and other facial areas. Sugaring uses a sugar-based gel and needs hair at least 1/4 inch long; the salon says its technique makes removal relatively painless. Sugaring prices run from $15 for lower back to $60 for full legs.

Booking policies: new clients on a full set pay a non-refundable 50% deposit that is deducted from the final price. Services can be rescheduled with 48 hours notice, and deposits transfer. Same-day cancellations are charged 50% of the appointment price, and no-call, no-show visits are charged 100%. Arriving late does not extend the appointment, and a full set may not reach complete coverage if a client is late.

Lash education takes place at the studio in small classes with one-on-one feedback and hands-on practice. The Confident Artist course suits beginners and artists refining their foundation, needs no prior experience, and gives students dual certification from iLash Charlotte and Lia Lash Pro. Money Making Sets is for artists with at least six months of experience and covers advanced styling and business growth, with a Lash Audit and 60 days of mentorship after class and an advanced certificate of completion from iLash Charlotte. Training requires a 50% deposit with the balance due before class, and payment plans are available on request. The studio also offers a one-hour Clarity Call for $115 and a four-week Confidence Blueprint for $399, and it runs mentorships and other classes for working lash artists. The salon says it has trained more than 100 artists and has 11 years of hands-on experience.

Consultation-led and customized: each full set is built around the client's lifestyle and natural lashes. The salon says properly applied extensions do not damage natural lashes when the client avoids pulling or tugging on them.
