Extension styles run from Classic, which places one lash on each natural lash, through Hybrid, which mixes classic and volume techniques for a natural look, to the volume range. Light Volume full sets are 3D to 4D, Extra Volume full sets are 5D to 8D with lashes fanned out on each natural lash, and Mega Volume full sets are 15D to 18D and offered only to clients with full, healthy natural lashes. Dreamy Volume with Wispy Kim-K lashes is the salon's most popular set and is described as suitable for most clients. Full sets start at $170 for Classic and rise to $295 for Mega Volume. Fills are priced by the number of weeks since the last set.

The salon also offers lash lifts at $90, lash tints at $30 and brown tints at $25, brow lamination at $90 and combined lash lift and tint at $110. Waxing covers eyebrow, upper lip, chin, sideburns, underarm, full face, half leg and full leg, with prices from $15 upward. Lash removal is $30. Fills done on lashes from another salon require the salon to check them first to set a two- or three-week fill, and the team tries to match the existing style, removing and reapplying if a match is not possible.

Booking is required for every appointment, including online and phone bookings, and carries a small booking fee. A $50 deposit applies to new sets, lash lifts and tints, and a $30 deposit applies to refills, brow lamination and other services. The deposit is forfeited if an appointment is canceled less than 24 hours ahead, and cancellations or changes go through a call or text to the salon. Arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice counts as a cancellation and carries a cancellation fee. Clients who are unhappy with their lash work have 72 hours to contact the salon for a fix or reapplication, after which the refill price applies. Refunds are not offered for any service. Aftercare instructions and kits are provided on site, and the salon notes that lash retention depends on following aftercare. Pets are not allowed, except certified service animals.
