Brow services cover maintenance, shaping, tinting and lamination. Lash services include tinting and a lift. Nail services are split into classic and gel manicures and pedicures, plus an exclusive tier, and the nail menu includes add-ons such as gel over any service, gel removal, callus removal, nail art and a 10 minute massage.

The spa pedicure-manicure is the longest nail service. It adds an aromatic exfoliating scrub, a hydrating mask, a hot towel, and a foot and hand massage. In general, the manicure covers shaping, cuticle tidying and polish, while the pedicure adds a soak, scrubbing, clipping and moisturizing. Cuticles are trimmed with nippers after a remover is applied, not with blades. The business says regular manicures and pedicures can help the look and feel of hands and feet and help prevent hangnails, ingrown nails and nail breakage.

Clients are given preparation guidance before sugaring. Hair should be grown out to about a quarter inch, which usually takes 10 to 14 days, and hair longer than half an inch may need trimming before the visit. Light exfoliation is suggested a few days ahead, while exfoliation, tanning and hot baths are best avoided the day before. On the day, skin should be clean and dry with no oils, lotions or creams.

Preparation instructions are part of the sugaring process, with hair length and skin care set before the appointment and clean, dry skin on the day.
