Options range from a color refresher or toning treatment and a one-process base color to face framing balayage, partial and full balayage, and partial and full foil highlights, with add-on foils available. Extensions are offered as a service that adds length and volume. A hair consultation is available for $25, and bridal styling requires a consultation before booking.

Haircut options include bang and neck trims, dry trims, children's cuts for ages 11 and under, teen cuts for ages 12 to 15, men's haircuts, a haircut with finish, and a curly haircut with finish. Styling includes blowdries (also available without a haircut), flat iron add-ons, shampoo and style, and updo styling. Treatments include ritual and deep conditioning, a collagen-rich Hair Botox treatment for damaged hair, and keratin express and keratin smoothing treatments.

Parking is available on the street or in the garage. Garage parking uses a ticket that shows a $7 charge, which is complimentary for the first three hours. The salon is open Monday and Tuesday from 10 AM to 8 PM, Thursday from 10 AM to 2 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and is closed on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.

Cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice. A fee of 50% of the reserved services applies to no-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment, and it is charged to the card on file and is non-refundable. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
