Appointments begin with a custom consultation. Booking terms are set out clearly: appointment deposits are non-refundable, appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours ahead, and cancellations within 24 hours are charged 50% of the service price to the card on file. No-call no-shows are charged the full service price to the card on file. Extra guests are not permitted during services.
The salon also runs iGlam L.A.B. Academy, which offers lash training courses, and sells lash products and gift cards.
