New clients usually begin with a consultation. The in-person consult includes a skin analysis and a check on whether a client is suited to treatment, and a virtual consult is also offered over Zoom. The consult fee is credited toward treatment if the appointment is booked within two weeks. A consult is required before booking the skin restoration program, peels or microneedling.

The facial menu runs from a maintenance facial to a custom facial for new clients. The Kickoff Facial is recommended for anyone not seen in six months. It includes a skin analysis, a consultation and a custom facial with optional upgrades such as dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, nanoinfusion or hydrofacial, and clients leave with a custom treatment plan and a homecare routine. The Seasoned Facial is for returning clients and may include microdermabrasion, hydrofacial, nanoinfusion or dermaplaning, chosen after a skin assessment. The Pick Me Up Facial is a lighter maintenance option.

Multi-session options include the Skin Restoration Program and its smaller version, which combine facials, peels and microneedling sessions and require a homecare regimen. Microneedling and peels are also sold individually or as three-session packages paid in full at the first visit. A free 30-minute follow-up visit is offered two weeks after a chemical or microneedling treatment for questions or concerns.

Waxing covers the face, underarms, stomach, chest, legs, back and intimate areas, with bundles that combine several waxes. Brow services include waxing, tinting, lamination and combined packages. Practical policies: deposits are non-refundable, cancellations and rescheduling need at least 24 hours notice, Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings between $50 and $4,000 with approval beforehand, and gift cards are sold in set amounts or a custom amount and are final once sold. The studio is open Monday, Thursday and Friday from 11:30 AM to 7 PM, Saturday from 9 AM to 2 PM, and closed Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday.
