Services are grouped into manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, polish changes and waxing, with a separate menu for children 10 and under and a list of add-ons that can be attached to a visit. Manicures range from a Basic at $20 to the Idol Signature Manicure at $45, which includes an exfoliating sugar scrub, a collagen mask and collagen gloves. For longer-lasting color and length, nail enhancements include dipping powder, acrylic, builder gel, Gel-X and Solar Pink. Fill-ins start at $45 to $50 and full sets start at $55 to $60, and prices may change with length, shape, design or added work. Custom nail designs are offered, and waxing covers the lips, eyebrows, chin, sides of face, full face, underarms, arms and legs.

The salon says cleanliness and sanitization are always a priority and that beautiful nails begin with healthy nails and proper care. Completed services are non-refundable, and clients should raise any concern before leaving so the salon can address it. Chipping, lifting or breakage related to the service may receive a complimentary repair if reported within 7 days; fixes do not cover accidents, improper care, normal wear or later changes in preference. Color, shape, length and design are approved during the appointment, and later changes are treated as a new service with possible added charges. Gift certificates are sold.
