About

Ideal Massage is a family-owned business in Wesley Chapel. Dawn Langley started the business and also works there as a licensed massage therapist. The team is made up of licensed massage therapists, whom the business describes as diverse and skilled.

Appointments can be booked online by choosing a therapist and a service, and the front desk can be reached by phone, text or email. Clients complete an intake and consent form before their first service and are asked to avoid certain medications before appointments; the medications are listed on the website. A 60-minute massage includes 60 minutes on the table. Pressure varies from therapist to therapist, and not every therapist is trained in every modality, so clients who want a specific style or pressure are asked to call ahead. The studio is open Monday through Friday from 10am to 7pm and on weekends from 10am to 5pm.

Gift certificates can be bought online, in person or by phone. Digital certificates can be personalized with one of the business's images and printed or emailed, and they do not need to be printed to be redeemed. Certificates can be used at either of the business's locations, do not expire, and cannot be combined with other discounts unless stated. Certificates older than five years can be redeemed for their cash value. Physical certificates must be brought in to redeem and cannot be redeemed if lost.

The loyalty program rewards total spend on services, products and gift certificates at the business's locations over the previous 12 months, excluding tax and tip. Members receive 10% off for $500 to $1,000, 20% off for $1,001 to $1,500, 30% off for $1,501 to $2,000, and 40% off above $2,000. Loyalty discounts apply to services and gift certificate purchases only, and members get an extra 10% off services during their birthday month. Booking for two or more people lets members share the loyalty discount with friends.

The business aims to support holistic wellness for people in its community, and it describes medical and therapeutic work as adjustable to light, medium or deep pressure depending on the client and therapist.
