New clients usually begin with a free 15-minute consultation, a personalized skin assessment that leads to a customized treatment plan. New clients must complete a consultation before booking microneedling.

The Acne Bootcamp program starts with a 70-minute consultation and a first customized treatment. Professional homecare products are bought at that first visit. Clients who finish onboarding return every two weeks for a 40-minute session that includes targeted extractions and either LED light therapy or High Frequency.

Facials range from the Reset Facial, which uses Skin Script fruit enzymes, to longer 85-minute options. The Peptide Firming Facial includes a peptide mask, LED light therapy and lymphatic massage. The Oxygen Rx Facial adds an oxygen treatment and a cold globe massage. Both longer facials can include dermaplaning or microdermabrasion. Skin treatments include the LaZer Peel for the face, which the site says addresses discoloration, melasma and photoaging with little to no downtime, and microneedling, also known as collagen induction therapy.

Hours are Monday 12 PM to 5 PM, Tuesday through Thursday 9 AM to 5 PM, Friday 9 AM to 4 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 3 PM; the suite is closed Sunday. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. A 20% cancellation fee applies, and clients are asked to notify the business as soon as possible to cancel or reschedule. Gift cards are sold, and product pick-up is free.
