Appointments can be booked through the website, by message to the phone number, or through Facebook or Instagram. The business is open Tuesday to Friday and Saturday morning, and is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Public holidays are not worked unless a special request can be accommodated.

Nail parties last about four hours and are priced on request by phone. They are offered within a 10-mile radius of Santee, covering Lakeside, El Cajon, Poway, Spring Valley and Lemon Grove. Beyond that radius a travel fee starts at $25, and parties are not offered farther north than Murrieta or outside the U.S., except for brand partnerships. A deposit holds the date and time, and a 20% gratuity is added to the final bill.

Before an appointment, hands and feet should be free of product unless a soak-off or fill is booked. If more than four nails are missing, the visit is booked as a full set rather than a fill, so clients should mention this when booking. Nail art, rhinestone appliqué, ombré and specialty designs should be requested at the time of booking.

Clients can report dissatisfaction before leaving or within three days of the service for a free correction; issues raised later are reviewed individually. Lateness beyond a 15-minute grace period means rescheduling and a cancellation fee. Payment is accepted by cash, Venmo, CashApp or Zelle. Tipping is not included in prices, and customary tips are 18% to 20%, left at the client's discretion.

Service timing and repair windows are set for each service, and corrections are handled within a short period after the visit.
