Hair color is the core of the menu. Color is priced by how much regrowth needs covering: a root touch and go for two inches or less, a root retouch for one to three inches, and an all-over color for three inches or more. Blonde work is a specialty, and Olaplex is included in every blonding service. All-over bleaching is not offered.

The scalp treatment starts with bristle-brush exfoliation, then a shampoo with Paul Mitchell Tea Tree Shampoo and a 15-minute scalp massage, followed by a wash and style. It takes about 45 minutes. A deep conditioning add-on is available with a scalp treatment or haircut, but not on colored hair.

Visits follow a few set rules. Clients must be at least 16, and children are not permitted at appointments; if children are present, the visit must be rescheduled. Waxing and brow tinting are add-ons booked alongside a haircut or color appointment, and time past the booked length is charged at $20 per additional hour.
