Every visit opens with a consultation, so the nail technician can learn a client's style and what they have in mind before anything is done. The salon regards nails as a personal accessory, and designs are built around each client rather than a fixed menu. Clients who want nail art are asked to say so when booking so enough time is held for the design.

The manicure menu runs from Classic Care, which covers trimming, shaping, cuticle care, a light massage, a hot towel and a polish choice, through The Healer, with its Epsom salt soak, orange exfoliating scrub, nourishing mask and honey and milk massage, to ICON Signature, which adds a revitalizing mask, a longer massage and collagen gloves. The salon also lists a Russian manicure, a dry technique that uses an electric file on the cuticle area, which it says is one of its most requested services. Luxury Manicure and Luxury Pedicure are premium services focused on prep, cuticle work, shaping and finish.

For longer-wearing color, the salon offers Gel-X tips, builder gel, structured gel and acrylic extensions or overlays. Gel and acrylic sets are generally filled or rebalanced every two to three weeks. Clients are advised to have gel and acrylic removed at the salon rather than peeled off at home. Clients sensitive to scent should mention it when booking an acrylic service, since acrylic has an odor during application. Bookings can be made online or by text.
