A $50 deposit is required for extension removal and cornrows or braids. Deposits are non-refundable and go toward the service total. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice or the deposit is forfeited, and a 15-minute grace period applies to late arrivals. New clients booking color, extension, or major transformation services need an in-person consultation before the service. Clients are asked to arrive with clean, dry, detangled hair unless the service says otherwise. Additional guests are limited unless pre-approved. Chair rental is also available for stylists.
