Ice Fusion specializes in Ice Hair Extensions, a newer technique that uses very small capsules. The salon says its capsules are five times smaller than keratin tips.

Extensions are applied without heat. Each strand is attached slightly away from the root with glue placed at the attachment point, a capsule forms around it, and an activator is applied so the glue hardens within about a minute.

The team says each client gets a tailored approach and a consultation before any application. Hair can be custom mixed to match a client's natural color and texture, and capsule sizes can be adjusted for thin, coarse, fine, silky straight and short hair.

According to the salon, extensions stay in place through saunas, pools, salt water and hair treatments. They can be removed and the hair reused several times. Aftercare guidance is provided, and the team offers professional advice in trichology.
