On the brow side, services include threading, a detailed wax shape where the brows are outlined and measured to the look a client wants, and tinting with dye or henna. Tint plus wax lasts about two weeks with dye and about three weeks with henna. Brow lamination is a perm that reshapes brows to look thicker and fuller, and it lasts four to six weeks; tint can be included or skipped, and cleanup is part of the service.

The lash menu covers three extension styles. Classic sets place one extension on each natural lash for a mascara-like look. Hybrid sets mix classic and volume, with fullness that can be adjusted. Volume sets use handmade fans applied to each natural lash for a fuller, darker look. Fills are offered at two or three weeks, with classic, hybrid and volume options at each interval. Removal takes extensions off natural lashes, and a lash lift with tint curls the natural lashes for four to six weeks. A pop of color lash service is a quick add-on, and a touch-up is available for $65 when booked within nine days of the original appointment.

Booking details are set out clearly. New clients and anyone booking a full set pay a $25 non-refundable deposit at booking; fills do not require one. Fills need at least 40 percent of lashes remaining, and a fill booked more than 21 days after the previous set is charged as a full set. Reschedules need 24 hours' notice, cancelling within 48 hours carries a $35 fee, and no-shows are charged the full appointment amount. Arrivals have a 15-minute grace period, and late arrivals outside regular hours cost $35 extra. The studio does not give refunds. Clients should arrive without eye makeup, and children and pets are not allowed. Lash results vary, and sets are not expected to match another client's.

Lash styles run from single classic extensions to handmade volume fans, with hybrid sets adjustable in fullness so the look can be tailored to the client.
