Clients should disclose any skin conditions, allergies, or medications before a service. Waxing is not done on broken skin, sunburn, or infected skin. Clients must be at least 18, and minors aged 15 to 17 need parental consent. Appointments can be cancelled or moved with at least two hours' notice; late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit. A five-minute grace period applies to late arrivals, and a service may be shortened or rescheduled if a client arrives late. A complimentary touch-up is offered within four days if needed. Refunds are not given for services already performed.
