Facials come in three styles. The custom facial is open to men and women and begins with a consultation. The flash facial needs no consultation and combines a steamer with hot towels, a gentle cleanse, exfoliation that does not extract, a toner, a hydrating mask and SPF 50. Dermaplane uses a surgical blade to remove peach fuzz and surface dead skin, followed by a hydro jelly mask and SPF 50. For women, dermaplane hair removal covers the upper lip, chin, sideburns, forehead, cheeks and jawline, but not the eyebrows, nose, ears or neck. Dermaplane requires a two-week wait after any deep facial or dermatologist-referred skincare treatment. A Brazilian facial called Vajacial is offered for women, and a Buttajacial is offered for men and women.

Brow and lash services include eyebrow and lash tinting for men and women. Tinting colors the hair rather than the skin and covers gray and blond hair. The salon also offers a lash lift with tint for natural lashes, Skin Script, a personalized skincare consultation and treatment using natural ingredients, and Pamper Yourself, an add-on that can be booked during another service. The business says it aims for personalized attention, and it describes eyebrow tinting as one of its most popular services.

Booking requires a card on file. Cancelling, rescheduling or changing a service with less than 24 hours notice is charged 50% of each booked service, and a no-call, no-show is charged 100% of each booked service. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may lead to rescheduling or a charge. Appointments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Children under 18 must have a parent in the room, and extra guests may not come unless they are also receiving a service, because space is limited.

Packages are prepaid in full, never expire and can be transferred to family and friends, and no other discounts apply to them. Package discounts are 5% off with three services, 10% off with five, one free with seven and two free with ten. Gift cards are available in amounts of $10, $20, $25, $50 or a custom amount. New clients receive 10% off, according to the special offer page.

The business says it aims for personalized attention in each service, with facial options that range from a consultation-based custom treatment to quick flash facials.
